Terms and Conditions governing your Boomerang Bet account

These Terms form the agreement between you and Boomerang Bet when you register, deposit, bet, play or use an account service. Opening an account confirms acceptance. Promotion, settlement and game rules also apply where relevant.

1. Eligibility and truthful registration

You must meet the legal gambling age, act for yourself and use the service lawfully. Register one account with accurate name, date of birth, address and contact details. Credentials must not be shared. We may request identity, age, residence, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence before allowing an account action or approving a withdrawal.

2. Deposits and account balance

Use payment methods that belong to you. The cashier displays available currencies, minimums, maximums and any provider conditions before confirmation. A deposit may be reviewed or returned when ownership cannot be established. Gambling funds are not a banking product and do not earn interest.

3. Withdrawal requests

Request withdrawals through the cashier and complete verification. We may return funds through the original route or another verified method. Internal review, provider processing and blockchain confirmation are separate stages. Check every crypto asset, network, address and memo.

4. Promotions and bonus balances

Activate a reward before depositing where required. Minimum deposit, wagering, qualifying odds, game contribution, maximum stake, expiry and conversion differ by offer. A withdrawal, cancellation or rule breach may remove bonus funds and associated winnings. One promotion applies where offers cannot be combined.

5. Sportsbook settlement

A bet is accepted when account history shows its confirmed stake and price. Pricing or technical errors are handled under settlement rules. Void, postponed, abandoned and rescheduled events follow the relevant sport and market rules. Cash-out is complete only when the account records it.

6. Casino play and game records

Game results are produced through the applicable supplier system and recorded in the transaction history. Players must review the paytable, rules, bet range, feature cost and bonus contribution before staking. Interrupted rounds are resolved from the recorded game state. A promotional maximum-bet rule can be lower than the game’s normal limit.

7. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, collusion, payment abuse, identity misuse, bonus abuse, automated exploitation, deliberate technical interference, money laundering and unlawful activity are prohibited. We may investigate activity, request evidence, restrict transactions, void affected bets or close an account where the Terms permit it.

8. Account controls and closure

Players can request limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion or account closure. Responsible-gambling restrictions take precedence over promotional activity. Some records remain retained after closure to meet legal, security and dispute requirements.

9. Service operation and liability

Keep devices, credentials and payment details secure. We are responsible within the limits established by applicable law and these Terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by a player’s incorrect wallet address, shared credentials, unsupported device changes or failure to read confirmed bet and promotion details.
